A clean and perfect fitting of our Chairlift. “Ben” the fitter was so meticulous and careful with every part of the chairlift installation, I thoroughly recommend this company to supply and fit your chairlift.Its such a boon on our Motability up and down the flight of stairs that I used to try and crawl up on all fours.
The fitter took great pains on where wires had to be run without cutting the stair carpet. Marvellous job done! ( I may have the name of the fitter wrong I’ve such a bad memory at 88 years young).

A quick note on behalf of my mother. After contacting dolphin stairlifts Newport she was told somebody would contact her later In relation to fitting new stairlift batteries and sure enough she was. A technician was arranged that afternoon. Batteries now replaced plus a few adjustments to the stairlift at no extra charge. My mother insisted that I make contact to express her gratitude on how pleased she was with the service and how nice the company is to deal with. Thanks, would definitely reccomend you. 👍

Excellent service !!!! I phoned at 09.05am to ask for an appointment for an engineer to call as my wife’s stairlift would not work. The engineer arrived at approximately 09.30am and stairlift working by 09.50am. I can not fault the service of Dolphin at all. Highly recommend 👍👍

We experienced our first slight issue with the chair (broken switch), which was promptly (within 30 minutes) attended to, repaired and replaced. The engineer wore full PPE of mask, gloves and shoe covers. He minimised his contact with surfaces and wiped every area with antibacterial cloths as he was leaving. Cannot recommend Dolphin Newport’s staff highly enough.

Complete solution for a stairlift

Brilliant service on installation (within a week of us ordering it) and today (Saturday) turned up within 20 Minutes of callout to fix fault for my elderly Mum. Could not ask for more.
